 My passion is to guide people back into resonance with themselves, their truth, and the world around them. Harmony in life means creating a peaceful alignment between your inner self and the outer world, forming a beautiful coherent whole. The acceptance of life’s complexities and a fluid, ongoing practice of aligning with life’s natural rhythms, trusting your intuition, embracing change with adaptability and cultivating a sense of ease, which brings meaning and joy to daily life.

I nurture your change through providing a teaching place, a practice space, and certification opportunities for those ready to step into deep alignment.  Guided by holistic wellness practices encouraging personal development that specialize in mind body integration, stress reduction and personal growth.

Every class, session, workshop, program and certification is designed to help people harmonize the layers of their being — physical, emotional, energetic, relational, and spiritual — so you can live aligned, awake, and empowered. It is where people come home to their frequency. Here, vibration becomes medicine. Movement becomes liberation. Stillness becomes revelation. Truth becomes love.

I offer support to meet each client where they are and tailor services that can be on site, in studio, at your business/organization, residence, groups, clubs, after-school programs, or specialized online options.  Whether you take a class, session, workshop, program or certification I invite people to return to themselves. Where students learn to listen deeply, feel fully, and guide others with grounded presence. A place where individuals and practitioners are trained not just in techniques, but in embodied integrity. All offerings celebrate community and connection built through the beautiful diversity of us all.

In a world that moves too fast, where people forget the quiet truth of who they are, Be in Harmony was born from my passion for practicing mindful living and wanting to share these practices with my community.  To have a calm place to land softly — a haven where the body softens, the mind clears, and the heart remembers its natural rhythm. A resonant weaving of mindfulness, somatics, sound, vibration, emotional alchemy and teaches us to trust our inherent wholeness bringing us into alignment with our true nature.  

I guide individuals and practitioners to move in resonance with their truth, where relationships are rooted in compassion and integrity, and well-being is accessible, embodied, and vibrationally intelligent. Empowering our community to live, lead, and love from a place of embodied harmony through every class taught, session guided, workshop lead, program offered, certification delivered using the power of love as my guiding energy weaving it into everything I do.
