Melissa Cole’s journey into yoga, meditation, and mindfulness began as a personal calling that evolved from constant doing into a more intentional way of being. Through her own growth and self-discovery, she experienced how working with energy and vibration can create meaningful shifts—cultivating peace, clarity, and inner alignment. What began as a personal practice became a deeper purpose: guiding others back to themselves.
With nearly a decade of coaching group fitness classes at Life Time and 30 years in the fitness industry, Melissa has helped people of all backgrounds build sustainable approaches to overall wellness. As a 300-hour LifePower Yoga teacher, she blends movement, breath, and awareness in a way that feels fun, empowering, and accessible.
Melissa is an Affiliate Teacher with the Meditate School of Mindfulness & Sound, where she is certified in Levels 1–3 Sound & Vibrational Therapies, Native American Flute, and SVMT. She offers Sound and Vibration Trainings, 1:1 Vibrational Wellness Sessions & Sound Baths at Life Time, bridging modern fitness with deeper mindfulness, vibration and sound practices.
Melissa is the creator of Adventurous Soul—a reflection of her belief that inner peace and a wild, curious spirit can coexist. She moves through life with intention, heart, authenticity, and a sense of humor, honoring the ever-evolving journey back to self. Melissa enjoys exploring new corners of the world, being immersed in nature and spending time with her family and dogs.
