The 4-Day Flow:
Day 1 – Intention, Resonance & the Circle of Sound
Learn the principles of intention, resonance, entrainment, and holding space. Experience the rhythm of community in a drum circle, practice the crystalline tones of singing bowls, and close with a full Sound Nidra journey, guiding body and mind into profound stillness.
Day 2 – Sound on the Body: Protocols for Healing
Step into the therapeutic dimension of sound. Explore protocols using tuning forks, vibrational drums, and Himalayan bowls on the body to support the vagus nerve, fascia release, and mindful somatic therapies. Discover how vibration becomes medicine for the nervous system.
Day 3 – Protocols for Body, Mind & Spirit
Deepen into specialized practices with tuning forks, drums, and Himalayan bowls for auric cleansing, chakra balance, pain relief, tinnitus support, pregnancy care, anxiety relief, and more. Learn to skillfully adapt protocols to meet the needs of each individual.
Day 4 – The Gong, Chimes & The Art of Practice
Encounter the expansive resonance of gongs, drums, and chimes. Explore the business of practice — how to share your work ethically, authentically, and sustainably. Integrate your learning in a powerful closing gong bath.

In the SVMT Method of Transformation, we recognize that while both sound and vibration are forms of frequency, they interact with the body and field in different yet complementary ways.
Sound Therapies
Sound Therapy uses the art of audible sound played off the body to influence the energy field, emotional body, and mental patterns. It’s a practice of resonance—meeting the field with intentional frequency to support inner transformation.
Works primarily through the air, reaching the subtle bodies
Engages the auditory system, brainwave entrainment, and emotional centers
Utilizes tools like:

Vibrational Therapies
